In 2017 we supplied over 36,000 resources to schools
It’s a widely accepted belief that quality resources can be a catalyst to bring a topic theme to life, unlocking a meaningful and valued pupil experience, helping lessons become engaging, with the sharing of knowledge becoming a natural process. SIPS Schools Library Service offers the exciting opportunity to gain access to a treasure-trove of more than 70,000 resources which are valued by teachers. All learning tools are contained within the unique SIPS Library catalogue which customers have exclusive access to.
As you would expect, books take centre stage, showcasing national curriculum texts, including fiction and non-fiction. Yet the SIPS collection is very diverse and offers the opportunity to borrow local history texts, maps, photographs and various artefacts, DVDs and posters all supplied at competitive rates.
