Giving young people the invaluable opportunity to learn new skills and gain a practical insight into the world of work.

SIPS can help…

  • Introduce Work Experience to young people in school with a launch Assembly
  • Assess all work placement suitability, considering Health & Safety and Safeguarding
  • Run sessions of encouragement with young people looking to secure a placement
  • Provide continuous support to school staff involved in the process
  • Provide a student database – individual or cohort logins
  • Provide paper-based or online resources

SIPS central system allows your school to manage the placement process smoothly and efficiently with our continual support. It is compatible with school MIS software (SIMS/CMIS) and has in excess of 14,000 companies pre-approved to host pupils on a work experience placement.
